In biological term, Immunity is the balanced state of having body’s capacity to fight with disease, infections, avoid allergy and inflammation. There are two types of immunity. One is innate and another is adaptive immunity.
Innate Immunity: - It is called as body’s capacity to fight with infections that in built. It includes your skin, saliva, tears, the acid in your stomach, mucus in your mouth & nose, cells in your body stream which can destroy bacteria.
Adaptive Immunity:- In this type of immunity, body gets the capacity to fight with particular type of bacteria and viruses.
Before getting insight into how to improve immunity, first you need to know what immune system is? The system defends the body against disease causing micro-organism. After the failure of this system, germs easily invade into and make you sick. But you can improve your immunity by taking certain measures. You need to bring some changes in your lifestyle such as take good diet, do excercise, sleep well, maintain Hygiene.

a-Avoid Smoking:- Smoking is injurious for health, you have heard many times. It is very true. Avoid smoking as it may destroy your lung functioning and makes your entire body weak.
b-Keep Exercising: - Do exercise daily but not for long. Only 30 minutes are enough to improve immunity. Exercising helps in consuming more oxygen as well as promotes sound sleep. c-Don’t miss your sleep:- Sleep is very important to make your whole system healthy. Studies have shown that insufficient sleep destroys the immune system. Less sleep also causes the secretion of stress hormone and causes inflammation. Take at sleep 7 to 9 hours sleep as per your body requirement. Don’t sleep too much as well as avoid late nights and morning sleep. Proper sleeping habit is good to improve immunity system.
d-Maintain Cleanness:- Always maintain cleanliness in your surroundings. It is necessary for the stay away from diseases and makes your immune system strong.
Make your Diet Chart:- Improvement in immunity system very much depends on your diet. It is commonly seen that poor people are more prone to infections due to lack of nutrition in their diet. For the treatment, good diet help in preventing disease. There are some specific nutrition requirements in your diet which are very important to fight with diseases.
