What are the Techniques for Meditation? Tips for Beginners

Here we are going to discuss very effective and easy meditation techniques. Meditation helps you relax your mind, relieve and offer many benefits which we would discuss later. Learn with us mediation techniques that will help to get relaxed and calm.

Step- 1- Select Time:- Select right time to do mediation. You can choose any convenient when you are not in hurry. Although we advice to do mediation in morning. As this time you can enjoy fresh breathe. If you stay in hurry at the time of meditation then whole will go waste.



Step-2-Select calm place:- Select place where you can get peace of mind. Don't select noisy place. As at such place you cannot concentrate yourself. Concentration is very important for meditation.

Step-3- Sit Comfortably:- Be comfortable when you are going to start meditation. Make sure that you are completely relaxed, and eyes closed throughout the process.That you have to sit in Padmasana (the lotus position)

Step-4-Meditation is good with empty stomach:-Start meditation with empty stomach. But if you are feeling very hungry then don't mediate. Its better to eat first then mediate because hunger can divert your find so that you not able to fulfill the purpose.

Step-5-Do some light exercise first:- It comes under mediation technique. Do some light exercise before starting mediation. It will improve the blood circulation and make your body flexible and light. It will also relieve laziness from body and let you feel fresh.

Step-6- Take Deep Breathe:- Take deep breathe.This helps to steady the rhythm of the breath and leads the mind in to a peaceful meditative state.


Step- 7- Smile:- While doing mediation keep gentle smile on your face. It will help you to stay positive, calm & let you feel relaxed.


Step-8-Open Your Eyes:- At last open your eyes but slowly and gently. Don't be in hurry while opening your eyes and moving out after completing meditation.
